The modern Conference Centre at Hotel Real Fini Via Emilia can host up to 500 people for events, meetings and conferences.
The Conference Center occupies the entire first floor of Hotel Real Fini Via Emilia and includes 10 meeting rooms, an ample and luminous Foyer - which can be used as an exhibition area - and a Meeting Bar, which can be reserved for Meeting and Events that take place at the Conference Centre.
The 10 Meeting Rooms with foldaway furniture are modular: very functional, comfortable and carefully furnished rooms that can be resized and furnished based on your organizational needs. All Rooms are soundproof and have an audio system, broadcasting system and modular lights. We can also provide the latest equipment and systems upon request and offer highly specialized technical assistance services.
Any event that takes place at Hotel Real Fini Via Emilia is unique for its excellent catering service that stands out with the Fini name: the flavours of traditional Modenese food are the basis for our Italian and international cuisine, ensuring guests have a unique and unforgettable experience.
All food, even though the Hotel does not have an a la carte restaurant, is prepared onsite by our chefs and is served in welcoming areas located on the first floor of the Hotel.
